Stentor offers multiple cross-sell and upsell opportunities. In different locations in the online store, there is space to show related products, associated accessories or alternative products.
For instance, you can add related products to product pages. These can be products that are frequently boiught together, shown as tiles containing all necessary information and a call-to-action button to order or find out more about the item.
The accessories are specifically for items that are sold separately but belong together. Think of a freezer for which you need to purchase separate insert racks, or a camping tent that may require additional pegs. By visually displaying these articles on the product page, the customer has more insight into the range and can add these items to their shopping cart without leaving the page.
Alternative products serve as suggestions; for instance, when the product the customer was looking for is no longer in stock, or an item from a higher segment. With the alternatives, you prevent the customer from leaving empty-handed. These product can be placed on the item pages, for instance.
