Manage and publish your product range
An extensive product range means a lot of product information. But even a small product range comes with the considerable maintenance. To enable optimum management of the specific features of your product range Guidance offers the Product Information system (PIM): Catalogger. Catalogger is a database that allows you to simply manage your product information, as well as publish your website/webshop and print publishings.
In Catalogger you can:
- easily arrange, copy, cut, paste and drag product information;
- manage multiple languages in one database;
- automatically load images;
- automatically load product features from a classification or ERP system.
How it works
The Catalogger database is set up according the structure of your product range. This allows you to structurally save all product descriptions, features, images, logos and other supplementing documents. In cases where information has already been saved in a administration system or ERP system this information can be imported. Allowing you to adopt all price information directly, without error, from the ERP system.
The desired product information can then be exported to for example your website/webshop, product catalogue, datasheets, client specific price list etcetera. By means of the database publishing software your site or print publications will be generated automatically.
