Database Publishing

Database publishing or cross-media publishing means automated publication to different media using a single database. The main strength of database publishing lies in the fact that it supports once-only maintenance of the information (the database) and the automated layout of information to be published both on paper and digitally.
Catalogger database publishing software is used for paper publications. Stentor automatically generates digital publications.

Corporate image

A specific publication's graphic design is created in advance and captured in a template. These templates are designed or adapted entirely in line with your own corporate image. After selecting the information to be published in the database and the desired template, the layout of your paper publication or website will be generated entirely automatically. Database publishing is often used for publications such as catalogues, price lists, product information leaflets, web catalogues, web shops, sub-catalogues and customer-specific publications.

Catalogger database publishing options for printed materials:

  • Automatic layout for pages of text, images and (complex) tables of articles;
  • Use of different templates, also within a single publication;

  • Publication of the same information in multiple layouts, for example a catalogue and product leaflet;
