Catalogger modules

Below is a list of some of the modules you can choose from to expand your Catalogger software.

Click on the name of the module for an explanation.

CL-Multi User

This module is used to allow multiple users want to work with the Catalogger database (the PIM system).

CL-Bar Codes

The module CL-Bar Coded enables Catalogger to display bar codes in your catalogue.
Catalogger supports various bar code systems amongst which the popular system EAN13: bar codes are entered in Catalogger as 8, 10, 12, or 13 digit codes and translated into bar codes to Adobe InDesign or Adobe FrameMaker. If desired, Catalogger can calculate the control number.

CL-Multi Language

The module CL-Multi Language allows you to enter different versions, in various languages, of one record in the database.
Many companies want to publish in various languages. With Catalogger and the module CL-Multi Language you can maintain all data in one database and automatically publish the correct language version. Because language dependent and language independent are separated, entering data will be limited to a minimum. Language independent information (such as article number, sizes etcetera) only needs to be maintained in one language. Language dependent information, such as colour, still needs to be entered in every language.

CL-Multi Layout

The module CL-Multi Layout enables you to connect the same data to multiple layouts. Multiple layouts can be published by using more than one set of overlays. Each publication will have its own set of overlays (graphic data per level). This module is often used when one wants to publish a luxury fullcolour illustrated catalogue and a black and white price list with a different size of a website.
